Prashant brings a wealth of experience from various hospitality related fields. A professionally trained hotelier, Prashant started his career with the Delhi Hyatt Regency’s Banquets Division. His expertise, combined with his helpful and charming personality, was outstanding and led to his promotion to the Sales Division. The next 10 years saw a tremendous career growth for him within the Hyatt Hotel and beyond. He was given the opportunity to manage business development through the opening of new sales offices, first for The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, one of India’s prestigious luxury hotel chains across the country and overseas, and then later with the Imperial Hotel, Delhi's most coveted Heritage Hotel and ranked as one of South Asia's best.
Having reached the pinnacle as Director of Sales, Prashant decided to expand his horizons by joining a search firm called Executive Access and conducted recruitment exclusively for senior executives. This company, based in Hong Kong with offices in India, expanded its services into the Hospitality/ Travel & Real Estate fields, and they found Prashant to be an excellent choice with his vast network of contacts throughout this area and beyond.
Prashant is an excellent communicator and is also very resourceful because of his wide network. Aside from being a Partner & Managing Director for his own - luxury inbound travel company – Liberty India, he has also been the Project Manager for World Heritage Project in India. In addition, he is in the process of establishing a business corridor between India & Israel – to allow small businesses to look at business opportunities between these 2 countries.
Sheherazad, brings with her over 2 decades of experience, having started as a young science graduate at Thomas Cook India, where she learnt the trade and finally as an Assistant Manager- moved on to TCI. Here too, she completed 10 years, when as a General Manager – Operations, in 2006, she decided to move on and become a Partner & Director for her own - luxury inbound travel company – Liberty India.
In her 20 years, Sheherazad has a wealth of experiences she brings with her. Sheherazad has handled sales for northern Europe and Israel, as well as has great operational background. She has arranged Special romantic getaways, train dacoities, palanquin processions, safaris of all kinds, business delegations, board of directors meets, Global Leadership programs, Factory inauguration, opened new small ports to cruise lines wanting to do something different in India, charter flights – for 2 or 2000 people. Sheherazad has handled the easy to please and the not so easy ones too- with grace and professionalism. All her travellers have always come back for more, and a lot have become great friends all over the world. Her name has often been extended by travelers, to Heads of States on personal visits to India too.
Sheherazad’s great eye for detail, her attitude to never take “no” for an answer, and her impatience are probably her greatest assets.
